Cooperative Tots Preschool

• Located at Pinewood Elementary School
• All children must be 3 or 4 years old (depending on their class) by December 31st of the
  school year.
• All children MUST be toilet trained.
• The program is based on play activities, for play is a child’s natural way of learning.  Children are free to learn, to create, and to grow within a structured routine, that includes arts and crafts, science, cooking, books, music and age appropriate instruction.
• The “cooperative” part of the Co-op is what makes it unique, as parents have the opportunity to observe and participate in their child’s first school experience.  Parents are an integral part of the program and assist teachers in the classroom on a rotating basis throughout the school year.

School Schedule 2011-2012

3 Year-Olds: Tuesday and Thursday
(Must be 3 by December 31, 2011)
Morning Class:  9:15 – 11:45; Afternoon Class:  12:45 – 3:15

4 Year-Olds:  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
(Must be 4 by December 31, 2011)
Morning Class:  9:15 – 11:45; Afternoon Class:  12:45 – 3:15

Tuition for 2011-2012
3 Year-Olds -- $375 per semester; $100 deposit required
4 Year-Olds -- $475 per semester; $100 deposit required
