RECREATION COUNCIL'S
2013 RIDGELY LACROSSE PROGRAM
(updated 1.16.13)We are pleased to announce that LTRC will be sponsoring, for its 11th year, an after-school lacrosse program for Ridgely Middle School’s 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. Depending upon participation and try-outs, the plan is to have an “A” and “B” girl’s team and an “A” and “B” boy’s team.
REGISTRATION
Date: January 23th and 24th
Time: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: Ridgely Middle School Gym Lobby
Cost: $185.00/student (payable to LTRC)NOTE: Students will not be permitted to try-out if payment & waiver are not received
TRY-OUTS & PRACTICES
All try-outs and practices will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., as follows:
BOYS’ TEAMS:
Try-out Schedule: 2/21, 2/26, 2/28, 3/5 at Seminary Turf.
Practice Schedule: TBD.GIRLS’ TEAMS:
Try-out Schedule: 2/20, 2/22, 2/27, 3/1 at Seminary Turf.
Practice Schedule: TBD.Try-outs may be changed, shortened or extended due to weather or coaches' discretion.
GAMES
All practices and home games will be at Ridgely Middle School, and/or Seminary Park. Game start times vary from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. All transportation will be provided by parents and each parent is expected to carpool to at least one away game.
