Volunteers: Adult participation as coaches, managers, and administrators are essential for any successful youth program. Parents are welcome at all times!

The LTRC Youth Rugby Team (known as the Vipers) is a member of the Potomac Rugby Union Youth League (PRUYL) has expanded from 6 clubs in 1999 to more than 25 teams throughout the Baltimore-Washington area . The PRUYL is for boys and girls, ages 6 to 16 years.

At present, matches are Non-Contact (two-hand tag) as developed by the USA Rugby Football Union (USARFU) Youth Development Committee (YDC) in 1995 for ages 6-12.  This allows boys and girls to compete together. For kids 13 and older, there will be age-grade tackle or touch rugby in the U15 age group.  U17 is tackle only in prep for high school programs.

Practice will be held at Seminary Park, Monday and Wednesday eves and begin promptly at 6:30 and end at 8:00 pm.

Matches will be held Saturdays 10 am until approx. 1pm.  Home matches are played at Seminary Park and away matches will be posted.
