Slow Pitch Softball
Organizational plans are being made for the 2010 Men’s Fall 3-Pitch Softball Leagues. The Fall leagues will be played on Mondays and Wednesdays from late August to mid November at Reisterstown Regional Complex, at Rts.140 and 795, near Tom Mitchell’s Golf Center. We will have eight to ten teams in each league. Double-headers will start at 6:30. The regular season will have each team play one doubleheader with each other team in the league, with two extra weeks for play-offs and championships for the top eight finishers. All leagues are 3-Pitch format. Rainouts can be made up on regularly scheduled nights after the first double-headers have been played.Below you will find a team registration form, which must be completed and returned with the $325.00 non-refundable league fee. If your application and league fee are not received by Monday July 19, 2010, the spot currently reserved for your team may be awarded to a team on the waiting list.
Umpire fees are $15.00 per team/game or $30.00 per doubleheader. Balls will be provided by the league. Please see page 2 for additional organization details. Organization updates may also be found at LTRC_Adult_Softball@comcast.netChecks are to be made payable to: LTRC.

Additional details: Help Needed
I would appreciate some additional help in coordinating the league as my day job may require that I receive some help during parts of the season.The help falls in these areas:
- Corresponding secretary
- League Coordinator
Specifically Corresponding Secretary – I need some help to prepare and review league communications for correctness. The help needed is in the preparation of schedules, correction of league rules and other minor correspondence. Please let me know if you are interested.
League coordinator – I would appreciate some help in keeping track of standings and coordinating makeups and the tournament. Please let me know your interest. I would have the coordinator only handle the league their team plays in.
