Registration for Winter Yoga session will be on
Monday, January 9th from 6:45 until 7:15
in the Ridgley Gym Lobby
for the child & adult classes.
Adult classes Monday or Tuesday night from 7:30 until 9:00.
Classes run for 8 weeks. $64 donation.
Adult/Child class Tuesday night from 6:45 until 7:15.
Class meets in the Ridgley Middle School activity room behind the gym.
All proceeds from the Spring Session will go to the American Diabetes Association.

Yoga - Adult: Relax on Monday or Tuesday evenings during the Hatha yoga program for adults. If you have previously felt intimidated by yoga or thought you weren’t flexible enough to do yoga, this class is for you. With practice, participants will experience improvements in flexibility and strength. Breathing techniques and relaxation exercises help release stress, tension and anxiety.
Yoga - Child & Adult: Yoga class for children and parents. Instead of sitting on the sidelines watching your child, have some fun and learn some basic yoga poses.
Fall Yoga Session - The fall yoga classes run from mid September to mid December right before the Winter break. The kids class ends a little sooner in November.
Winter Yoga Session - The winter yoga classes run from mid January to April right before the Spring break. The kids class ends a little sooner in March.
Spring Yoga Session - The spring yoga classes run from April to June right before the Summer break.
Summer Yoga Session - The summer yoga classes run from June to mid August and are only offered Tuesday nights from 7:30 to 9:00PM. Sorry no child parent class during the summer. Sign-up at the beginning of the session or you may sign-up mid-session at a pro-rated amount.
