Spirit Wear Order Instructions

If you have Microsoft Excel, download the Spirit_Wear_Order.xls file.

With the Excel file, you can input the quantity of each item and the form will calculate your total automatically for you. When you are done, print it out and send the form and your check to the address listed on the bottom of the form.

If you DO NOT have Microsoft Excel, download the Spirit_Wear_Order.pdf file.

With the .pdf file, you must print out the form and manually do all of your own calculations. When you are done, send the form and your check to the address listed on the bottom of the form.
